Tiki Tango Colada Bowl
The inspiration
1 1/2 gal Mango frozen diced
3 qt Pineapple fresh tidbits
1 1/2 qt Orange Juice 100% juice
4 1/2 qt Silk Coconutmilk original
3 cup Coconut shredded, toasted
1/2 cup Black Chia Seeds
1 1/2 qt Raspberries whole
1 1/2 qt Kiwi peeled, half moons
3 cup Almonds sliced, toasted
4 1/2 cup Blueberries whole
The Technique
For each individual serving;
1. Add 1 cup mango, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/4 cup orange juice, and 3/4 cup soymilk to a blender. Mix until smooth.
2. Pour into serving bowl.
3. Garnish with 2 tablespoons toasted coconut shreds, 1 teaspoon black chia seeds, 1/4 cup raspberries, 1/4 cup kiwi, 2 tablespoons almond slices, and 3 tablespoon blueberries.
4. Serve with a spoon.
