Sweet Potato Fries with Chili Yogurt Cilantro Sauce

The inspiration

  • 1 lb. Sweet Potato Fries

  • 1 ½ cups Cilantro, Packed

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 3 tbsp. Olive Oil

  • 1 cup Dannon® Oikos® Yogurt – Plain

  • 2 tsp. Sriracha

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

The Technique

1. Fry sweet potato fries. In a food processer or blender combine cilantro, garlic, olive oil, Oikos® Plain Greek Yogurt and sriracha. Blend and season with salt and pepper. Serve fries with Chili Yogurt Sauce.
