Sweet Potato Fries with Chili Yogurt Cilantro Sauce
The inspiration
- 1 lb. Sweet Potato Fries
- 1 ½ cups Cilantro, Packed
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 cup Dannon® Oikos® Yogurt – Plain
- 2 tsp. Sriracha
- Salt and Pepper to taste
The Technique
1. Fry sweet potato fries. In a food processer or blender combine cilantro, garlic, olive oil, Oikos® Plain Greek Yogurt and sriracha. Blend and season with salt and pepper. Serve fries with Chili Yogurt Sauce.
