2 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Grapefruit Juice
1 tsp Grapefruit Zest
1/4 cup Basil Leaves
3/4 tsp Shallots
1/4 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Kosher Salt
