  • ⅓ Cup Rolled Oats, Quaker

  • ½ Dannon® Oikos® Greek Nonfat Yogurt, Vanilla

  • ¼ Skim Milk, Horizon

The Technique

1. Combine all ingredients in a pint size container; stir until well-combined.

2. Cover and store in a refrigerator for 8 hours, or up to two days.

3. Portion into two ½ cup servings; enjoy.
