The inspiration

  • 9 quarts / 18 lbs Dannon® Oikos® Pro Greek Nonfat Yogurt, Vanilla
  • 14 cups / 6.21 lbs Banana Slices, IQF, Thawed
  • 1 cup / 0.31 lb Cocoa Powder
  • 6.25 cups / 0.78 lb Oat Granola
  • 12.5 cups / 3.13 lbs Banana Chips, no sugar added
  • 3.125 cups / 0.66 lb Shredded Coconut, no sugar added

The Technique

1. Whisk together yogurt, banana slices, and cocoa powder.

2. In lidded 10 oz. plastic cups build parfaits in the following order:

  • Cocoa banana smoothie base 8 fl. oz.
  • Banana Chips 2 fl. oz.
  • Shredded Coconut 0.5 fl oz.
  • Oat Granola 1 fl. oz.
