Chia and Yogurt Green Smoothie
The inspiration
1 cup Dannon® Oikos® Greek Yogurt – Plain
1 tsp. Chia Seeds
1 cup Baby Kale, Packed
1 Green Apple, Diced
¼ cup Cilantro, Packed
5 Thin Slices Ginger
½ cup Apple Juice, Cold Pressed
The Technique
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add more apple juice for a thinner consistency.
