Chia and Yogurt Green Smoothie
The inspiration
- 1 cup Dannon® Oikos® Greek Yogurt – Plain
- 1 tsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Baby Kale, Packed
- 1 Green Apple, Diced
- ¼ cup Cilantro, Packed
- 5 Thin Slices Ginger
- ½ cup Apple Juice, Cold Pressed
The Technique
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add more apple juice for a thinner consistency.
