Chia and Yogurt Green Smoothie

The inspiration

  • 1 cup Dannon® Oikos® Greek Yogurt – Plain

  • 1 tsp. Chia Seeds

  • 1 cup Baby Kale, Packed

  • 1 Green Apple, Diced

  • ¼ cup Cilantro, Packed

  • 5 Thin Slices Ginger

  • ½ cup Apple Juice, Cold Pressed

The Technique

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

2. Add more apple juice for a thinner consistency.
