Basil Pesto and Farro Parfait
The inspiration
1 Quart Dannon Oikos 0% Greek Yogurt, Plain
1 Cup Basil Pesto, Prepared
1 Cup Farro, Cooked to Package Instructions
1 ½ Cups Chickpeas, Canned, Drained
½ Cup Arugula
1 ¼ Cups Tomatoes, Diced
8 Teaspoons Balsamic Glaze
The Technique
1. Layer ½ cup Dannon Oikos 0% Greek Yogurt Plain into bottom of a glass cup
2. Top with 2 tablespoons of basil pesto
3. Layer 2 tablespoons of cooked farro
4. Layer 2 ½ tablespoons chickpeas
5. Top with 1 tablespoon arugula
6. Finish with 2 ½ tablespoons fresh diced tomatoes
7. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
