Buffalo Chicken Salad
The inspiration
32 oz./4 cups Dannon® Oikos® Greek Yogurt 0% Fat – Plain
3 cups Buffalo Sauce
2 qt. Chicken, Cooked and Shredded
2 cups Green Onion, Bias Cut
3 cups Celery, Bias Cut
The Technique
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt and buffalo sauce until smooth.
2. Add chicken, green onion and celery. Mix until well combined. Can be refrigerated until ready to use.
3. To serve as a sandwich, add chicken salad mixture to toasted bun and top with 2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese.
