The inspiration

  • 1 Quart Dannon Oikos 0% Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • 1 Cup Basil Pesto, Prepared
  • 1 Cup Farro, Cooked to Package Instructions
  • 1 ½ Cups Chickpeas, Canned, Drained
  • ½ Cup Arugula
  • 1 ¼ Cups Tomatoes, Diced
  • 8 Teaspoons Balsamic Glaze

the technique

1. Layer ½ cup Dannon Oikos 0% Greek Yogurt Plain into bottom of a glass cup

2. Top with 2 tablespoons of basil pesto

3. Layer 2 tablespoons of cooked farro

4. Layer 2 ½ tablespoons chickpeas

5. Top with 1 tablespoon arugula

6. Finish with 2 ½ tablespoons fresh diced tomatoes

7. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
